What is 4 or 6 Implant Smile?

A 4 or 6 implant smile is a procedure used to replace or restore missing teeth or severely damaged teeth in an individual‘s mouth. This procedure involves the placement of four or six dental implants into the jawbone. The implants act as an artificial root for the restoration of the missing teeth or teeth that have been severely damaged. The number of implants used will depend on the exact needs of the patient and their individual situation. The procedure begins with a consultation between the patient and the dentist. The dentist will discuss the patient‘s desired outcome, explain the process of the procedure, and discuss the risks and benefits associated with the procedure. During the consultation, the dentist will take xrays and a CT scan of the patient‘s jawbone to determine the size, shape, and strength of the bone. This information is used to determine the number of implants needed to support the new teeth or restoration. The next step is the placement of the dental implants. This involves making precise cuts in the jawbone where the implants will be inserted. The implants are placed in the jawbone and then allowed to heal. This can take several months as the implants fuse to the bone and become securely anchored. Following the healing process, the artificial teeth or restoration is placed on top of the implants. The results of a 4 or 6 implant smile are dramatic. The patient‘s smile is restored and they can enjoy the confidence that comes with having a full set of beautiful teeth. The implants also help to prevent further damage to the teeth and gums by providing a strong base for the restoration. The implants are also designed to last for many years and provide a secure foundation for the new teeth. Overall, a 4 or 6 implant smile is a great option for individuals who have lost teeth or have severely damaged teeth. The procedure is somewhat invasive but the results are well worth the effort. If you are considering a 4 or 6 implant smile, make sure to discuss the procedure with your dentist in order to determine if the procedure is the right choice for your individual situation.

What does a 4 or 6 Implant smile treat?

The 4 or 6 implant smile treatment is a revolutionary form of dental prosthetics which is designed to provide patients with a naturallooking and aesthetically pleasing smile. This treatment involves placing four or six dental implants into the jawbone in order to support a full arch of prosthetic teeth. This prosthesis is permanently attached to the implants, providing a secure and longlasting solution for patients who need to replace several missing or damaged teeth. In addition to providing an aesthetically pleasing smile, the 4 or 6 implant smile  treatment also offers a number of other benefits. Firstly, it allows for a more natural bite and chewing experience, as the prosthesis is not attached to surrounding teeth. This helps to reduce the risk of damage to adjacent teeth, as well as providing a more comfortable chewing experience. Furthermore, this treatment also offers increased stability when compared to traditional dentures, as the prosthesis is held firmly in place by the implants. This helps to improve the overall functional ability of the patient’s mouth and reduces the risk of slippage when eating or speaking. Finally, the 4 or 6 implant smile treatment also helps to prevent bone loss in the jawbone due to missing teeth. The implants act as a secure anchor, preventing the surrounding bone from receding over time. This helps to maintain the natural contours of the face and prevents the sunken look which can occur with traditional dentures.

COMPREHENSIVE DENTAL CARE

Fixed Hybrid Dentures

For patients requiring replacement of all teeth in the upper and/or lower arch of the
mouth, screw retained dentures with dental implants are an excellent treatment
option. They improve your appearance by replacing your missing teeth while
providing improved overall function for eating and speech, with the added stability
of a fixed restoration thanks to the use of implants. It will require multiple
appointments for your doctor to place the dental implants and design your
dentures.

Screw retained dentures are a prosthesis placed in the mouth containing
replacement teeth, mounted in a base made of pink resin formed over a metal
structure to create an exact fit over your existing gums. They are secured in place
using dental implants, which are artificial roots placed into the supporting bone.
Utilizing implants not only provides a solid foundation for the denture teeth
allowing for optimal eating and speaking, but also helps to preserve the
surrounding bone from shrinking over time without a tooth root structure to
support it.
